Outcomes
Evidence, held to a standard.
This page is an evidence library, not a logo wall. Before any result appears here, it has to clear the same bar we'd want as buyers — context, baseline, timeframe, method, and the client's permission.
Selected results
Measured gains from prior engagements.
Results from AWALI client deployments, with the intervention behind each number. Full case studies — baseline, measurement method, and operating context — are being prepared under the evidence standard below.

The evidence standard
What it takes to be published here.
- Context you can weigh
- Industry, approximate scale, operating environment, and the constraint that made the problem hard. Enough to judge whether the situation resembles yours.
- A measured result
- The baseline, the result, the timeframe, and the measurement method. A percentage without those four things is marketing, not evidence.
- What endured
- The capability the client still runs after we left. If it stopped working when the engagement ended, it doesn’t belong here.
- Permission to publish
- Every study is published with the client’s explicit permission, anonymized where confidentiality requires it — which in healthcare and regulated industries is often.
The library
Case studies are being prepared for publication.
We hold published results to the standard above, which means each case study waits on confirmed baselines, measurement methods, and written client permission — not on our willingness to talk about the work.
In the meantime, we're glad to walk qualified executives through relevant engagements directly, under whatever confidentiality your situation requires.
Ask us about work like yours.
Describe your industry and the problem in front of you. We'll speak to comparable engagements in conversation — with the context that doesn't fit on a website.
